2. Exterior Elevation design, reflecting the style (s) you choose.
3. Outdoor Living design (ie: kitchens, dining, sitting, private spaces, etc.)
4. Detailing (ie: decorative columns, ceilings, balconies, niches, etc)
5. Hardscape Site Plan design (ie: courtyards, walkways, patios, etc)
6. Interior Design (ie: kitchen, bath, living room layout, etc)
7. Construction Documents

STRUCTURAL Engineering services:

1. Structural design and calculations (by CA. licensed structural engineer)
2. Structural Engineering Co-ordination
3. Truss design Co-ordination

TITLE 24:

1. Title 24 (energy calculations required by California Building Departments)
2. Project Title 24 Co-ordination
3. Compile energy information for Title 24 engineer.

Qualified CONTRACTORS and CLIENT REFERAL lists:

1. List of quality Contractors available to CHD clients.
2. List of extremely happy clients available upon request.

Loan services:

1. Construction loan recommendation upon request.We assist you to create the home of your dreams.
